Management Structure

Our vision for our school is grounded in the ethos of the Camphill Movement, which creates communities where people can live and work together in healthy social relationships, based on mutual care and respect. Central to this is valuing each person as a unique being of intrinsic worth, with potential for spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical development and change.

The Board delegates responsibility for the day to day management of the school to 4 Joint Coordinators, who in addition to their administrative tasks are all actively involved in direct work with pupils, as teachers, house parents and in some cases as key workers.

They are supported in their management responsibilities by a Core Group of experienced and permanent co-workers, who all work across care and education. (see link for names and contact details for the coordinators and Core Group members.)

The Coordinators also act as a direct line of communication to the Board.
